Treasurer's Notes re Advanced Payments

When you play in a normal Tuesday competition your entry fee is deducted from your Advanced Payments.  This is also true of the knock-out competitions, eclectics and the annual Raffle Prize Fund payment.  Some competition money is collected by envelope, particularly if a meal is involved e.g. Spring and Autumn meeting.

A list of the current Advanced Payments balances can be found under the heading Advanced Payments under the Ladies' heading.

As the name implies – your payments should be in Advance so please pay by bank transfer (see below for details) or leave cheques in the treasurer’s pigeon hole.  It is up to you how much in credit you want to make your balance when you pay money in, but I would suggest £30 or £20 is a good balance, depending on how many club competitions you play in.

Bank details: RAFGC, Sort Code: 40 20 09, Account No. 21418149.  Put your name as the reference, otherwise I won’t know who the payment is from – sending an email at the same time would be appreciated, but is not obligatory.
