These times will be allocated through a drawn ballot on Monday 17th February 2025. Therefore members must register into the ballot by Sunday 16th February at the latest.

Ballot Details
Due to the popularity of these tee times, this year we will be conducting a ballot for all dates and tee times, providing a fair chance to all members who wish to play.
The ballot will be drawn for all dates and tee times for all Courses on - Monday 17th February 2025. Therefore members must register into the ballot by Sunday 16th February at the latest.
Members will be required to contact David Williamson - davidwilliamson@royalashdown.co.uk, listing the course and date on which they wish to play. Members must provide the names of ALL players who will be part of their group. Individual members will not be able to appear in more than one group.
Members may enter the ballot with the SAME group for multiple dates, however in order to be fair to all, a group will only be eligible to be drawn once out of the ballot.
